How to check unpaid order

To check on your unpaid orders go to Orders > Unpaid
One main info to aware of is there are 3 types of orders based on your payment methods:
- Online payment FPX
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Manual Bank Transfer
1. As you click on one of the unpaid order it will bring you to the full detail of the order.
2. To follow up to your customer > click WhatsApp button.
You can choose on the types of info that you would like to mention which will be included in the WhatsApp text.
3. If the order is cancelled, you can update the status on the order to Rejected.
