How to Follow up with Customer

To do follow up with your customer go to Orders > Search Customer Order ID > Open Order Details


*Applicable to all types of Order status (Unpaid, Paid, Shipped, Rejected & Completed)

1. In the order details Click on the WhatsApp button.


2. Choose the type of info to include in your text.


3. You will be redirect to WhatsApp to chat with your Customer.
