When will I get my payments

You will receive your payment within 3 working days from the day of purchased order.
We will collect all the FPX paid orders of the day and accumulate them together before transferring to your bank account.
Example situation:
If the order is happening on Friday, StoreUp will accumulate the orders from Friday, Saturday and Sunday, counting Sunday as day 0.
The Monday will be the 1st working day and it is estimated for the payment to be transacted into your account by Wednesday or the 3rd working day.
Important Note:
*Make sure you have completed the Bank details in order for us to make successful transaction into your account.
If you already received paid orders from your customers via FPX before your Bank details is filled and verified, StoreUp will hold the money and transfer when your bank account has been verified.
